Congratulations to Chanelle BSAVA Champion
Most dog owners partake in a game of throw and catch with their canine furry friends now and then, but it’s not often that they get rewarded for it. For lucky vet Elisa Best of Rowe Veterinary Practice in Bristol, a steady throw came in very handy during her visit to BSAVA Congress this year, as it won her a smart new Samsung tablet in the Chanelle Animal Health congress competition. In an adaptation of the traditional game of ‘fetch’, Elisa was rewarded for having the most accurate aim at an array of felt animals. Whoever thought that fuzzy felt fun was limited to playschool needs to think again!
BSAVA congress is a highlight in the diary of any veterinary professional, from vets to practice managers. Chanelle Animal Health relishes the opportunity to showcase its products which they did with a twist this year. The aim of the competition game was to score as many points as possible by hitting the Velcro animal targets with a ball. The smaller the animal, the greater number of points awarded, with the highest scorer from over the course of the four days being crowned victorious. The challenge proved very popular and was attempted by a diverse range of BSAVA attendees.
Angela Wilkins, Sales and Marketing Manager at Chanelle Animal Health said, “The competition created a huge amount of fun on the stand and allowed us to catch up with a great number of vets and nurses, which is what the team enjoy most about congress. Big congratulations to Elisa – her skill was quite something to behold!”
Elisa is thrilled with her unexpected surprise, “’I received the text at the end of a really stressful day to say that I had won a Samsung tablet and it absolutely made my day! I have been toying with buying one for months and now I won’t have to thanks to Chanelle.”
